LASER INDUCED BREAKDOWN SPECTROSCOPY (LIBS) ANALYZER

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) Analyzer

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is an analytical technique that uses high-energy laser pulses focused directly on a sample surface to excite atoms and generate atomic emission spectra from the resulting plasma.

The Benchtop LIBS Analyzer by Optosky enables simultaneous multi-element analysis with a single button press, detecting elements such as Si, Al, Fe, and more. Its excellent sample compatibility allows direct analysis of solid samples and efficient processing of liquid samples, reducing sample handling time.

With spatial resolution under 100 micrometers, the analyzer provides detailed micro-area analysis, making it suitable for metallurgy, geology, and environmental monitoring. It also supports applications in battery manufacturing, semiconductors, and recycling, delivering rapid and accurate analytical results.
